Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Casa Viola pieces. If something isn't quite right, you may return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• Sale items are final unless faulty
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
